Dirt Track World Championship brings Erb and BPM to Eldora
Making the short trip over from Best Performance Motorsports headquarters, Tyler Erb invaded Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, OH) on Friday evening for the 44th annual General Tire Dirt Track World Championship presented by ARP.
Against 60 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Erb slipped up in his heat to finish eighth, dropping him to a B-Main on Saturday.
Needing to place second or better to qualify for the $100,000-to-win Dirt Track World Championship, Tyler fell short with a sixth-place outing. His weekend was over after crossing the line in sixth in the Jim Dunn Memorial non-qualifier.
