Fourth-place finish in Spring 50 at Florence Speedway
Tyler Erb returned to the driver’s seat of the Best Performance Motorsports No. 1 Late Model on Saturday afternoon for the 48th annual Spring 50 at Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.).
Starting the $10,000-to-win A-Main in sixth via a second-place finish in his heat, Erb muscled forward two spots on the rubbered-up surface to finish fourth. He trailed Ricky Thornton Jr., Mike Marlar, and Josh Rice across the line with Jason Jameson coming in fifth.
