Sixth-place finish in DTWC; finishes fifth in LOLMDS standings

After persistent rain moved Friday’s preliminary action to Saturday, Tyler Erb was one of 60 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) competitors entered at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) on Saturday afternoon for the 41st annual General Tire Dirt Track World Championship. Earning the 19th-starting position for the $100,000-to-win finale, Erb advanced through the field 13 spots in the 100-lapper to register a sixth-place finish.

With his sixth-place finish, Tyler secured fifth in the final LOLMDS point standings.
