August 23, 2019 - Tyler Erb Tackles Mansfield's Dirt Million
1 It was a homestate kind of weekend for Tyler Erb and Best Performance Motorsports as they entered the second annual Dirt Million at Mansfield Motor Speedway (Mansfield, Ohio).

Action came to life on Thursday night as 56 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) competitors thundered into town for a pair $10,000-to-win programs. Heat race action resulted in Erb racing to a third-place finish, which positioned him eighth on the starting grid for the 30-lap prelim feature.

Erb raced in the Top 10 throughout the feature before crossing the finish line in the eighth position.

On Friday night twin $10,000-to-win features were again on hand, and Tyler set fast time in his group before finishing second in his heat race. Via his heat-race performance, he earned the sixth-starting spot for his 30-lap feature. Erb went on to race to a fifth-place finish in the feature behind Mike Marlar, Chase Junghans, Michael Norris and Jonathan Davenport.

On Saturday night the final leg of the mega event was held. Tyler's finishes on Thursday and Friday night positioned him on the front row of a 10-lap heat race. He streaked to the heat race win, and in the redraw grabbed the 10th-starting spot for the 100-lap finale.

Erb picked up a few spots during the first half of the $101,626-to-win feature. With passing becoming difficult during the second half of the finale, he settled into the eighth position, and thats where he ultimately crossed the finish line.

August 17, 2019 - COMP Cams Topless 100 Takes Tyler Erb & Best Performance Motorsports to Arkansas
1 The 27th annual COMP Cams Topless 100 presented by Nutrien Ag Solutions brought Best Performance Motorsports and Tyler Erb to Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) on Thursday evening

The crown jewel weekend kicked off with a $5,000-to-win program, which drew 46 entries to the 3/8-mile oval. Tyler powered his Industrial Resourcing Group No. 1 XR1 Rocket Chassis Super Late Model to the second-fast time in his group in qualifications, which earned him the pole position for a heat race. Via his heat race effort Erb locked into the seventh-starting spot for the finale.

In the 30-lap, prelim feature Tyler was running in the Top 10, when he slowed with ignition issues on lap 19. The issue resulted in a 21st-place finish.

Moving into Friday evening, another complete $5,000-to-win show was held and Tyler finished fourth in heat race to earn the 13th-starting spot for the 25-lap, prelim feature. He went on to register a 14th-place finish.

Saturday night was the championship round for the 27th annual COMP Cams Topless 100. Via his two qualifying, night performances Erb started the night in a B-Main, which he won to earn the 18th-starting spot for the $40,000-to-win finale. During the course of the 100-lap finale, Tyler and his crew tweaked on the car during multiple, caution flags before crossing the finish line in the 13th position.

August 10, 2019 - Tyler Erb Rallies for Top-10 Finish in North/South Weekend Opener; Finishes 18th in Finale
1 Best Performance Motorsports invaded the King family-owned Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) on Thursday night as the annual Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100 weekend came to life.

The $10,000-to-win North/South Shootout was first on the weekend docket. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) event drew a stacked field of 52 entries. Unfortunately, struggles in preliminary action forced Tyler Erb to utilize a series provisional to start 23rd on the feature grid.

Despite starting at the tail of the field the driver, known as "Terbo," rallied through the pack to cross the finish line in the ninth position. He earned the Eibach Springs Rookie of the Race award for his performance.

On Friday night, with 53 entries on hand, double heat races were held. Tyler raced to a fourth-place finish and a third-place finish in his respective heat races to lock into the 12th-starting spot for Saturday night's $50,000-to-win finale. Erb had high hopes for the finale, but battled handling and mechanical issues to an 18th-place finish.

August 3, 2019 - Best Performance Motorsports Treks North to USA Nationals
1 Best Performance Motorsports and Tyler Erb trekked north to Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wisconsin) on Thursday, where the team kicked off the 32nd annual USA Nationals at the 3/8-mile, speedplant.

The $6,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) Morton Buildings Series event drew a field of 45 entries, and a third-place finish in his heat race moved Erb to the feature, where he started 12th. Advancing six positions in the 30-lapper, Tyler crossed the finish line in sixth.

1On Friday night preliminary action for the $50,000-to-win event was contested. Double heat races were held for the 45-car field, and Tyler raced to a third-place finish and a heat-race win. After receiving the pole position in the draw for the dash, Erb led all eight laps to score the win, which locked him into the pole position for Saturday night's 100-lap finale.

For the majority of the $50,000-to-win, 100-lap finale Tyler raced in the Top 10 before a lap 98 tangle with Kyle Bronson, as the duo battled for the 10th position, relegated him to a 16th-place finish in the final rundown.
